DEZEGA HIHPG2 Oxygen Booster Compressor

The DEZEGA HIHPG2 is a high-pressure oxygen booster designed for safe and convenient filling of high-pressure cylinders. It is essential service equipment for P-30EX, P-70 and other compressed-oxygen closed-circuit breathing apparatus.

Description

The DEZEGA HIHPG2 raises gas pressure in a cascade storage system from approximately 2 MPa (300 psi) to as much as 27.5 MPa (4,000 psi), allowing breathing-apparatus cylinders and test vessels to be filled safely and efficiently.

Optional Equipment

  • Automatic digital low-inlet-pressure START/STOP switch. Monitors cascade inlet pressure, stops the unit below the set value and restarts it automatically when pressure rises above approximately 2.4 MPa. Factory setting: 2 MPa, adjustable.
  • Automatic digital high-outlet-pressure START/STOP switch. Stops the booster above the set outlet pressure and restarts it when pressure falls to approximately 20 MPa. Factory setting: 27.5 MPa, adjustable.
  • Two-metre inlet manifold hose with G3/4 connector
  • Outlet high-pressure regulator, 0–34.5 MPa (0–5,000 psi)
  • Four-port stainless-steel outlet manifold with individual pressure gauges, shut-off valves, bleed valves and customer-specified outlet connections
